Terms and Conditions
Version 2026-07-04
These terms explain the rules for using ViedME, the responsibilities that apply to users, and where to find official operator and billing details.
Agreement to these terms
These Terms and Conditions govern your access to and use of ViedME, including the mobile app, website, web account pages, related APIs, and supporting services. By creating an account, signing in on the website, joining a room, or otherwise using ViedME, you agree to be bound by these terms. If you do not agree, do not use ViedME.
Eligibility and account security
You must be legally permitted to use ViedME in your jurisdiction and to participate in the challenge content offered in the app or website. ViedME is not directed to children under the age required by applicable law. If a minor is legally allowed to use ViedME only with parental or guardian consent, that consent must be obtained before use. You are responsible for your sign-in credentials, device security, browser session security, and any activity that occurs through your account.
Web account access
ViedME may provide web-based account pages that let you sign in with the same Apple or Google account used for the mobile app. Web account pages may show account status, plan information, ViedME identity, legal acceptance status, and related account-management information. Signing out of the website ends the web session but does not delete your ViedME account or sign you out of every device.
What ViedME provides
ViedME lets users create or join challenge rooms, view rankings, submit permitted challenge actions, and receive room-related notifications. Certain features depend on supported devices, operating-system services, third-party identity providers, self-reported challenge inputs, and health or notification permissions.
User content and room data
You are responsible for room names, descriptions, rules, nicknames, social-channel links, feedback, and other information you add to ViedME. You must have the right to share that content and must not submit content that is unlawful, infringing, abusive, defamatory, hateful, misleading, sexually exploitative, invasive of privacy, or otherwise inappropriate for the service. By adding user content, you give ViedME the limited permission needed to host, display, process, moderate, and operate that content in connection with the service.
Rooms, challenges, and user conduct
ViedME is intended for private rooms, social challenges, rankings, and related group activity. You may not use the service to harass others, submit unlawful or harmful content, interfere with the service, scrape or automate abuse of the service, bypass limits, misuse room features, collect other users personal information without permission, submit misleading or fraudulent challenge activity, or falsify step, body, or room data.
Self-reported challenge inputs
Some ViedME features depend on information entered by users, including room rules or supported body-goal inputs such as sex, height, and weight. You are responsible for the accuracy of information you submit. ViedME may use those entries to calculate room progress, scores, rankings, or other challenge outcomes, and ViedME does not independently verify that user-submitted data is correct.
Health, body-goal, and activity safety
ViedME is an entertainment and social challenge product. It is not a medical, nutritional, weight-management, fitness coaching, diagnostic, emergency, or rehabilitation service. Body-goal features are not medical, dietary, or eating-disorder advice. You remain solely responsible for your personal safety, local legal compliance, moderation, surroundings, and physical condition. Stop using a challenge if it feels unsafe and seek qualified professional help where appropriate.
Reporting, moderation, and enforcement
ViedME may review reports, investigate suspected misuse, remove content, restrict features, archive rooms, suspend accounts, or terminate access when reasonably necessary to protect users, comply with law, enforce these terms, or maintain service integrity. ViedME is not required to monitor every room or user action and may rely on automated signals, support requests, or manual review.
Paid features and promotions
If ViedME offers premium features, paid plans, virtual benefits, promotional access, or usage limits, those features may change over time. Premium or promotional access is a limited, personal, non-transferable permission to use the relevant feature while it is available and active. Prices, availability, plan limits, billing flows, and promotional conditions may be updated where reasonably necessary to operate, secure, or improve the service.
App stores and payments
Purchases made through an app store may be processed by that store under its own payment, subscription, cancellation, and refund terms. For direct invoices, bank transfers, or business billing questions, use the operator and billing details listed below. Unless required by law or the applicable app-store rules, paid features may not be refundable after access is granted.
Service changes and availability
ViedME may modify, add, suspend, or remove features, integrations, limits, or availability where reasonably necessary to operate, secure, maintain, or improve the product.
Third-party services
ViedME relies on third-party services such as Apple, Google, HealthKit, Health Connect, push notification providers, hosting providers, and related infrastructure. Their services may affect functionality, availability, login, notifications, and health synchronization. If you open a social-channel link shared in a room, you leave ViedME for a third-party service governed by its own terms and privacy practices.
Beta and evolving features
Some features may be released as beta, limited, or still-developing functionality. Those features may change, contain unfinished details, or behave unexpectedly while ViedME continues improving them.
Intellectual property
The ViedME service, software, branding, design, and related materials are protected by applicable intellectual-property laws. These terms do not transfer ownership of ViedME intellectual property to you.
Suspension and termination
ViedME may suspend, restrict, or terminate access when necessary to protect users, maintain service integrity, investigate abuse, comply with law, or respond to technical or security issues. You may stop using the service at any time and may delete your account using the available tools or support process.
Changes to these terms
ViedME may update these terms as the product evolves. Continued use after an updated legal version is presented means you accept the revised terms to the extent permitted by law.
Governing law and local rights
These terms are intended to be governed by the laws applicable to the operator unless mandatory local consumer rules require otherwise. Mandatory local rights, including EU, UK, Czech, Slovak, and applicable US state consumer or privacy rights, continue to apply where they cannot be excluded by contract.
