Account Deletion
If you want your ViedME account deleted, email weare@swcookies.com and include your app-specific ViedME identity so the correct account can be located.
Important
Your ViedME identity is visible in the app profile section. Please include that code in your email request. Requests without the app-specific ID may take longer to verify and process.
How to request deletion
To request deletion of your ViedME account, send an email to weare@swcookies.com. Please use a clear subject such as "ViedME account deletion request" so the request can be processed faster.
What you must include
Please include your app-specific ViedME identity in the message. This identity is shown in the app profile area and helps us locate the correct account without requiring unnecessary sensitive personal information.
What happens after your request
Once the request is received, ViedME will review the account details and process deletion in accordance with the app’s privacy and retention practices. If more information is needed to verify the request or prevent misuse, support may contact you using the email thread.
What data is generally removed
Account deletion is intended to remove the user profile and associated account-owned data from active use, including profile information, memberships, room participation records, and related room challenge entries where applicable to the account lifecycle.
What may be retained temporarily
Some limited records may be retained for a short period when reasonably necessary for security, abuse prevention, backup windows, legal compliance, or enforcement of platform rules. Archived-room deletion schedules may also continue to run according to existing retention logic.
